Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LPCC/LMFT)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate a range of mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic services in individual, family, and group settings.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective client care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Active LPCC or LMFT licensure in MN.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
Strong clinical skills in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Supervision and Case Consultation Services
Applicants for licensure must complete post-graduate clinical client contact hours under the supervision of a Minnesota Board-approved LMFT supervisor. Board-approved supervisors are individuals who meet the criteria outlined in Minnesota Rule 5300.0160, apply for approved supervisor status, and are granted such status by the Board.
Kevin Smith, a Minnesota Board-Approved Supervisor, is available to provide licensure supervision for MFT, LPC, and LPCC candidates. Supervision services are offered in both individual and group formats.
In addition, Kevin provides case consultation for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers, and Case Managers.
